The Oxford Group Analysts leading this meeting are Gillie Ruscombe King, Anne Reilly, Margaret Gallop and Beaumont Stevenson.

Gillie Ruscombe King is a psychodrama psychotherapist and group analyst. She has worked for the past fifteen years at the Complex Needs Service ( Oxford Mental Health Foundation Trust) for those with disordered personalities and now is working with staff teams, individuals and groups in a variety of settings. Alongside others she is a founder member of the Oxford Group Analysis and helps facilitate the Oxford Foundation Course in Group Analysis.

Anne Reilly is a group analyst and works as a Consultant Psychotherapist in an NHS Integrated Psychological Therapies team based within the Windsor Ascot and Maidenhead Community Mental Health Team. She has worked for many years as the convenor of the Oxford Foundation Course in Group Analysis, has completed her training in DIT and is a founder member of Oxford Group Analysis.

Margaret Gallop is a group analyst with a background in education and the NHS. As well as seeing individuals she contributes to the training and supervision of counsellors and psychotherapists and has a special interest in group supervision. She is a founder member of Oxford Group Analysis.

Beaumont Stevenson was a member of the 3rd group that qualified as Group Analysts in London. His theory class was run by Foulkes, who was the founder of Group Analysis, and his supervision group by Robin Skynner, who also founded the Institute of Family Therapy. His work in the Mental Healthcare Trust was to run the staff reflection groups and to take the teams off for a working retreat to identify their central purpose. He became Pastoral Care Adviser for the Diocese of Oxford and as such see clergy on behalf of the Diocese when they need support. Part of this work is to teach clergy how to handle challenging behaviour and to help work through team conflicts.
