‘’Listening for the Self: Jung and the Ego/Self axis’’ – Julian Masters, Jungian Analyst
Friday 7th March 2025 @ 7:45 pm - 9:15 pm

Julian will introduce and explore a topic that is arguably a keystone in analytical psychology: namely the Self and its relation to the ego. If Jung’s psychology can be said to be essentially a psychology of Self – as distinct from an ego psychology – then what is this Self? What can we say about it? How does it relate to ego? How do we work creatively with it? In this talk Julian will look at the Self in everyday life, psychotherapy and in the beginning as we come into the world.
