Sushila writes: I have been a psychotherapist working with the public and charitable sectors for 25 years. For the past 16 of those I have worked for Refugee Resource with refugees, asylum seekers and vulnerable migrants. On behalf of Refugee Resource I also offer tailored talks, workshops and trainings, and support and supervision to partner and external bodies, including academic institutions and local authorities. In the past I have worked with people who are homeless and people suffering long-term depressive disorders and personality disorders. I have a small private practice in Oxford city centre, and spend a lot of free time as an activist working on human rights and greening transport issue.
